• Monolith construction, no more tie rods
• Internal, replaceable sleeve over the piston - to protect the piston channel in the body from wear. After replacing the sleeve due to operational wear, the breaker regains 100% of its performance back. This also eliminates the costly need of machining the piston channel, polishing out scratches which cause leaks and loss of pressure
• Piston is subjected to diamond rolling - steel hardening procedures, for most durability and resistance to burrs and operational wear
• Piston hydraulic breakers require up to two times less downforce to start operation compared to most competition in the same class. This benefits the operator and ensures easier and faster positioning of the breaker on uneven surfaces to start operation
• Single point for greasing
• Open and fully enclosed hydraulic breaker designs
